Clastly Bluetooth Headphones

Every great workout starts with a good pair of headphones. We especially like these Clastly wireless Bluetooth headphones because they are comfortable and stay in your ear, no matter what the activity. There's also a built-in microphone so you can take calls without reaching into your pocket for your phone. With an 8-hour battery and a waterproof design, these headphones are perfect for any situation.

TRX Suspension Trainer Kit

One of Josh's favorite ways to workout. I travel a lot for work and it can be pretty hard to keep up a routine when you're on the road. On one trip I found myself staying in a hotel with no gym, so I decided to try the TRX suspension system. I didn't have high expectations but I was amazed at the versatility and effectiveness, you really can get a full workout anywhere with a sturdy door. Now I keep it set up in the house for everyday use, and pack it with me for every trip.

Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells

The main staple of Dan's in-home gym are his Bowflex dumbbells. The ability to adjust between 5 and 50lbs in 2.5 and 5lb increments makes these space saving dumbbells incredibly versatile for any free weight workout. Having a full set of dumbbells in the house means I never have an excuse not to get in a quick workout.

Reehut Extra Thick Yoga Mat

This extra thick yoga mat is ideal for placing comfort between you and the hard ground when doing yoga, stretching, or working out. The carrying strap came with the mat which was a nice surprise.

Exerpeutic Folding Upright Bike

We couldn't believe that this exercise bike had so many features and was so affordable. It is perfect to use in your home as it folds up very compact and can be tucked out of sight when not in use. Both of us have found that the more barriers we remove from exercising, like having to go all the way to the gym, the more likely we are to actually do it. This bike is a great way to eliminate another excuse.

Weslo Cadence G 5.9 Treadmill

Another great option for at home cardio is the Weslo Cadence treadmill. When we first started looking for a treadmill we only saw products for $700-$1000 and got discouraged. Finally, we found this model that has only the features we wanted and is for sale at a great price. Very important for a home use machine the deck can fold up, and when not in use it takes up surprisingly little space. We highly recommend the Weslo for anyone that wants to be able to run no matter what the weather is outside.

Schwinn 470 Elliptical Machine

Dan has had multiple knee surgeries and needed a lower impact option for cardio. After a long search and reading hundreds of reviews this is the machine I settled on. It has all of the features you would expect from an Elliptical at a high end gym costs less than a year's membership. I recommend the Schwinn for anyone that struggles with hip, back, or knee pain when they run.

Fitbit Blaze Fitness Watch

Although not essential to the Keto lifestyle we both love our Fitbits. We have daily step count competitions against each other which motivates us both to do things like use the steps when the elevator is an option. An added benefit is being able to track duration and quality of your sleep. Tracking your daily movement and sleep is a great way to stay in touch with your body on a daily basis.

Iron Gym Pull-up Bar

This is one of the best fitness items we ever purchased. We've had ours for years and it still works great. This is another time when making it easy to get in a little workout means that you are far more likely to actually do it. Having this bar set up in a doorway means that we can just take one minute to do a few pull-ups whenever we think about it. Spacing a low number of pull-ups or half reps throughout the day is also the best way to train yourself to be able to do them, even if you can't do one yet.
